Julia Brière is a designer, researcher and artist from the United States. She explores how the interface of biology and design can redefine new approaches for future living and the built environment. Her practice integrates biofabrication techniques, living systems, and circular economy principles to create materials, products, and structures. She places a special emphasis on the creation of methodologies that can reshape the material landscape. Her work aims to steer the trajectory towards a sustainable future for both people and the planet.
